PAYMENT TYPES
Troentorp Toffel accepts Visa (including Visa Electron) and Mastercard.

 

 

SECURITY INFORMATION 

Your payment is secured by DebiTech. The card number is sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank. Troentorp Toffel does not have access to any information about the card or your bank account. The DebiTech secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.

 

 

WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT
Troentorp Toffel will debit your card when you check out at the cashier and confirm your clog order.

 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your clog order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. In case the clogs are not in stock we will make the clogs or if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

 

SIZES
All sizes for the clogs are shown in European sizes.

 

DELIVERY TIMES
When the clogs are in stock we aim to dispatch your order in 1-2 working days. In case the clogs are not in stock we will make the clogs and should be in a position to dispatch them in 4-5 working days.

Sweden: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery (although we would expect the Troentorp clogs to be delivered within 3-4 working days).
Western Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery (although we would expect the Troentorp clogs to be delivered within 5-6 working days).
Rest of the world: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery (although we would expect the Troentorp clogs to be delivered within 7-8 working days or earlier).

 

DELIVERY CHARGES (PER ORDER)

Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Troentorp Toffel.

 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Troentorp Toffel wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the clogs purchased. For online purchases, we will accept clogs not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 28 days of dispatch, enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your clogs are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund which usually takes between 7 - 10 working days. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unused Troentorp clogs, please send the sandals along with your invoice to:

Please send the clogs via a guaranteed delivery service as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your clogs are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

 

VALIDATION CHECKS
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, there may be a validation of the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records. A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the www.onlineclogstore.com website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your clog order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information.
